Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of StreamSweeper's IPTV playlist management service ("Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using StreamSweeper, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Service.

2. Service Description

StreamSweeper provides a playlist management tool that allows users to:

• Connect to IPTV services using Xtream Codes API or M3U playlists
• Filter and remove duplicate channels
• Generate optimized M3U playlists
• Manage multiple IPTV connections

StreamSweeper does not provide, host, or distribute any media content. We are solely a management tool for organizing existing IPTV connections.

3. User Eligibility

To use StreamSweeper, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws
• Provide accurate and complete registration information

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Account Creation

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

4.2 Account Responsibility

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, including any actions taken by third parties who gain access to your account with or without your permission.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

5.1 Permitted Use

You may use StreamSweeper only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree to:

• Use the Service only with legally obtained IPTV services
• Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws
• Respect the intellectual property rights of others
• Use the Service only for personal, non-commercial purposes unless otherwise agreed

5.2 Prohibited Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Process or distribute copyrighted content without proper authorization
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
• Use automated systems or bots to access the Service
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Share your account credentials with third parties

6. Subscription and Payment

6.1 Free Trial

• New users receive a 7-day free trial
• No credit card required for trial activation
• Trial accounts have full access to all features
• Only one trial per user/email address

6.2 Paid Subscriptions

• Subscriptions are available in monthly, quarterly, and annual plans
• Payment is due in advance for each billing period
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice
• All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors

6.3 Refund Policy

• Monthly subscriptions: No refunds after the first 48 hours
• Quarterly/Annual subscriptions: Pro-rated refunds available within 14 days
• No refunds for violations of these Terms resulting in account termination

6.4 No Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions are one-time purchases of subscription time and do not automatically renew. Your access continues until your purchased time expires. Purchasing additional time adds it to your remaining balance.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 StreamSweeper's Rights

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all software, text, media, and other content, are owned by StreamSweeper or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

7.2 User Content

You retain ownership of your IPTV connection information and playlist configurations. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to process this information solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

7.3 Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about the Service may be used by StreamSweeper without any obligation to compensate you.

8. Third-Party Services

StreamSweeper integrates with third-party IPTV services. We are not responsible for:

• The content, accuracy, or legality of third-party services
• The availability or reliability of third-party services
• Any damages resulting from your use of third-party services
• The practices or policies of third-party service providers

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of our Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• We encrypt all stored IPTV credentials using military-grade AES-256 encryption
• Your connection details are securely encrypted before storage
• We do not sell or share your personal information
• We comply with applicable data protection laws

10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

10.1 Service "As Is"

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10.2 No Guarantee

We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• All features will work with all IPTV providers
• The Service will meet your specific requirements
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected

10.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STREAMSWEEPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to StreamSweeper in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless StreamSweeper, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of third parties
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Any content you process through the Service

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Upon termination, your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy.

12.2 Termination by StreamSweeper

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:

• You violate these Terms
• We suspect fraudulent or illegal activity
• Required by law or legal process
• The Service is discontinued

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service will be immediately revoked
• Any outstanding payments remain due
• Your data will be deleted within 30 days
• Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect

13. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in Delaware, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

14.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes with StreamSweeper on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

15. General Provisions

15.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and StreamSweeper regarding the use of the Service.

15.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

15.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of that provision or our right to enforce it later.

15.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under them. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
